What do I need to have a medical prototype made?

In order to build a medical prototype, we need a CT scan or MRI file. Please email us the link where these files can be downloaded or send them in the post on a CD-ROM.

The prototype must be over 1mm thick to be built.

Prototypes must be over 1mm thick to be built.

How long does it take to make a prototype?

It takes an average of four working-days to obtain a standard-size model (203 mm x 254 mm x 203 mm) with standard treatments. For models with more complex treatments, please send us an email at sogeserdis@orange.fr

How much does it cost to make a prototype?

Prototyping cost varies according to various parameters such as material used, process selection, texture, production time, file processing, post-production treatments (sanding, painting…) and size of the prototype. For more about price information, please send us an email at sogeserdis@orange.fr
